The beta is how we prove that on your farm, with success written down before we start.
Written success criteria
Signed on one page before day 1. In 30 days your pilot agents:
- reach at least 20 owners from their list, and
- have at least 3 real conversations with owners (a reply or a call).
A listing appointment inside 30 days is a stretch goal, not the bar. Honest seller models find conversations first; listings follow over months.
Founding price, locked
Founding firms pay $299/month for up to 3 agents (the Team plan is normally $500), locked for 12 months. Billing starts on day 31, and only if the criteria were met.
Our guarantee: if you haven't booked a listing appointment from a FoxLayne owner by day 90 of paying, your next month is free.

Coverage, plainly
Benton County is live: Bentonville, Rogers, Bella Vista, Lowell, Centerton, Pea Ridge and the Benton County part of Springdale. Washington County (Fayetteville) is coming and isn't in the beta yet. If your farm is outside Benton County, apply anyway and we'll tell you when it's covered.
The 30 days
- Day 130-minute kickoff in person. We set up your farm, you see your first owners with the evidence, and you send the first message before we leave.
- Day 3Quick text check-in: who did you reach, and did anything look wrong?
- Day 7Ten-minute review of the list. We adjust the farm and the outreach voice.
- Day 14You get a written usage and outcome report: owners reached, replies, conversations.
- Day 30Yes/no conversation against the written criteria. Hit them and the founding price starts. Miss them and you owe nothing.
