Privacy Policy
This policy explains how LeadGen, a product of Foxlayne Consulting, handles information. It is a plain-English summary of our practices, not a legal document — review it with your own counsel if you need formal advice.
What we collect
- Account data you provide at signup: your name, firm, email, phone, outreach area, and writing preferences.
- Lead data compiled from public county records (Washington and Benton counties, Arkansas) and licensed contact enrichment. This is public-record information about properties and their recorded owners.
- Usage data: searches you run, saved searches, and pages you visit, used to improve the product and support.
How we use it
- To build your weekly batch of scored leads and draft outreach in your voice.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service — including fraud prevention and customer support.
- We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to train third-party models.
Public records
- The property and owner information in LeadGen comes from public county records. Anyone can obtain the same information directly from the counties.
- We label all lead data as estimates — verify before quoting or contacting anyone.
Sharing
- We share data only with service providers that help us run the product (hosting, email delivery, payments) under confidentiality obligations.
- We may disclose data where the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.
Retention & deletion
- We keep account and usage data while your account is active. Export or delete your data anytime from your settings, or email privacy@foxlayne.com and we will act within 30 days.
- Lead records derived from public sources may be retained as public-record compilations.
